These terms describe permitted use of GPS Tracker Family Location and the responsibilities that come with sharing location.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using GPS Tracker Family Location, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is provided by Moonspace.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to accept these terms. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you manage use involving a minor, you must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian and comply with applicable laws.

You are responsible for your device, credentials, invitations, and the accuracy of information you provide. Do not share an invitation code with anyone you do not trust.

3. Consent-based location sharing

No secret tracking.

You may use the service only with the knowledge and valid consent of every person whose device or location is shared.

You must not use the app to stalk, harass, threaten, discriminate against, or secretly monitor another person. You must not bypass device permissions, persistent notices, access controls, or a person’s decision to stop sharing.

4. Safety limitations

Location can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable because of GPS conditions, network service, battery optimization, device settings, outages, or other factors. Zone alerts and SOS messages are supplemental tools and may not arrive immediately.

The service is not an emergency response service and does not replace police, medical, fire, or other emergency services. Contact local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service without required consent or legal authority.
  • Attempt to access another circle, account, device, or system without authorization.
  • Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or evade technical limits.
  • Resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access except as permitted by law.
  • Use the service for unlawful surveillance or to violate another person’s rights.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and trial conditions are shown before purchase. Google Play processes Android purchases. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the purchase terms and applicable law. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

7. Ownership and service changes

Moonspace and its licensors own the service, software, design, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, or compliance.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or exact location. Moonspace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

9. Termination and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious misuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
